  •  No customer will be able to board a flight unless they provide an authentic form of identification and a valid e-ticket receipt that is duly issued in their name.

  • It is possible to change the place of departure. However, such changes may incur extra charges too. 
  • For customers who do not show up for a flight without a notice that is at least one day in advance of time for departure, Arik Air may decide to cancel the reservations made for such customers’ return.
