Akute offers a wide array of land up for sale at a good price in a fast-developing neighborhood. Areas like Ojudu Berger, Ojokoro, Ijoko, and Ibafo offer good land at a good price.

7. Agbowa

If you are looking for a piece of land in Agbowa, you better hurry because almost all the land in this place is getting sold out. Agbowa is another fast-growing suburban community in Lagos, where you can get good and cheap land in Lagos. Areas like Aba-Onigbagbo, Aba-Oriyanrin, AbijoAbomiti, Abosioto, Abule & Ijesha are still free.
