Genevieve Nnaji was born to her the family of Mr Theophilus and Mrs Benedatta Nnaji. Her father, an engineer and her mother, who was a school teacher worked tirelessly to raise her and her siblings. Genevieve is the fourth of eight children and is a native of Mbaise, Imo State in Nigeria.
