Amukoko is another place to get some of the cheapest land prices in Lagos. Located in Ajeromi-Ifelodun LGA, there are still so many lands available for sale all at a relatively cheap price. You can get a plot of land for a good price usually between 750,000 to 1,300,000 at Alaba, Ojo Road, Imam, Oja, Turner, and Tejumola.
Agbado has a number of ongoing constructions of roads and housing estates going on in that place and the government also planning massive infrastructural development there, The few spots of land left in that place are sold no less than 900,000 Naira. This has to be one of the easiest places to get a piece of land I Lagos I have ever encountered. The seller is reasonable and extremely condescending. Akute offers a wide array of land up for sale at a good price in a fast-developing neighborhood. Areas like Ojudu Berger, Ojokoro, Ijoko, and Ibafo offer good land at a good price.
If you are looking for a piece of land in Agbowa, you better hurry because almost all the land in this place are getting sold out. Agbowa is another fast-growing suburban community in Lagos, where you can get a good and cheap land in Lagos. Areas like Aba-Onigbagbo, Aba-Oriyanrin, AbijoAbomiti, Abosioto, Abule & Ijesha are still free.
Badagry also has a history of cheap land in Lagos. Be careful before you buy any land in Badagry. Land in Badagry is sold for 1 – 2 Million Naira. So may land in Badagry is either under Government acquisition for either agriculture, tourism or other purposes. Be extra careful when purchasing land here.
Surprisingly, there are still places in Apapa that you can purchase a plot of land for 3 Million Naira, Areas like Coconut, Ajegunle, Kirikiri, Wema, and Tincan still have good lands for sale.

Finally, Ojo Alaba. This is also one of the best places to buy cheap land in Lagos. The rent charged by the landlord for substandard facilities here is amazing. Land in Ojo Alaba is being sold in bulk and it would be wise to purchase one now. Neighborhoods like Ajangbadi Ikemba, Alaba, Ira, and Ojo are notable for cheap land.

Ibeju Lekki is another real estate hotspot in Lagos.
